Tour Operators and Travel Agents Association of Kutch (TOAK) was established in January 2018 with the vision of uniting and representing tour operators and travel agents across Bhuj, Gandhidham, Mandvi, and the entire Kutch region.
Kutch, the largest district of Gujarat and one of the largest in India, is located at the westernmost edge of the country. Following the devastating earthquake in 2001, the Government of Gujarat declared Kutch a Special Economic Zone (SEZ). This led to significant industrial growth and infrastructural development, attracting many national and international companies to establish operations in the region.
In 2004, the government launched the now-famous Rann Utsav in the White Rann of Kutch, which placed Kutch on the global tourism map. Since then, the region has witnessed a substantial increase in tourist footfall from across India and the world.
Today, Kutch is home to many travel and tour operators offering inbound and outbound travel services, catering to the growing needs of leisure, business, and cultural travelers.
To support this growing network of professionals, TOAK was created with the goal of providing a unified platform for all tour operators and travel agencies in Kutch. Our mission is to promote professionalism, growth, and collaboration in the tourism sector through the following key objectives:
